Just to check, that’s the bolt centre diameter, not distance between adjacent bolts.

PCD is abbreviation for Pitch Circle Diameter- on a "traditional" 5-bolt that's 110mm for the outer and middle rings, 74mm for inner.

This one is 74mm diameter then. Distance between bolts is about 44 or 45 mm. That would work out roughly correct as a chordal dim, as pi*d/5 =46.5
