ceramic v brake pads

Decided to treat my lovely wife to an upgrade to her C16R. Got a set of avid arch rivals to fit and am going to put the hope/mavic ceramic rims on (wish she appreciated it more!). So where do I get some decent (green I believe) pads? Apparently shimano ones don't fit.

I thought the V's where all universal fitting for replacement pads ?
(saying that I only just really started using this modern tech)

Try these, the ceramic version of some lovely normal ones I use
(rebranded with many names I think.) But I've never used them.

Got mine from chain reaction, think they were £6 a pair with a set of normal ones as well ...free and so far they have lasted over a year and still have plenty of life left in them

the last green kool stop pads I used with ceramic rims, actually took the ceramic coating off.

Swiss stop blue are excellent pads. Expensive but worth it I think. Not so much fade in the wet.

you'll find these on ebay, just search for ceramic pads

i use the disco brakes green pads and am very pleased, seem good so far but haven't gone through winter yet.
