How much layback do you need?

Not so sure yet. This frame is a small and the stem I’m using is probably going to be a 130. Thinking 20mm should just about do it. Length 325mm give or take a few.

Seatpost now is just to hold the frame in the stand.

Yes, I believe so. Nuke proof were similar I think. I've had both and without issues but if I were building a rider over a garage queen, I'd go for something more robust.

Definitely a rider. I have the wheels so I’ll run em’ until they fail. I have a Campy Record OR front wheel I can use also.
