I am breaking an 18" Carrera Subway 1 that I picked up locally for a cheap set of rims, tyres, chainring, cranks etc.
Its a few years old but immaculate, I doubt the guy used it much. Felt a nice enough town bike to ride before I took the spanners to it.
Cant find any H*lfords specs but it was one of these:

I do not require:
- 18" Frame, SqT BB, Headset, Adjustable Stem, Bar, Seatpost Clamp, ChroMo rigid fork. Nice, clean condition. £30 posted.
- "APSE" generic V-Brakes and black Levers, Really Clean (one "noodle" a bit rusty). Decent Pads. £7 posted.
- SRAM Gripshift Shifters (3x7), immaculate, snappy changing. £7 posted.
- Shimano Generic Black Front Mech, scratching on inside of cage. £2 posted.
If there is any interest I will post up some pics, no problem, but thought I'd gauge the market for these high end bad boy parts before going to the effort
