No idea who made them, a factory in Taiwan I imagine - properly the same factory other brands used.
Nevertheless I remain of the view that the quality control and the final finished frames ain’t good.
Even in that ebay listing, you can see some pretty untidy fabrication, and compounded up results in a less than satisfying bike.
Anyway £240 it made so someone wanted it!
