I think the saddle was changed to accommodate the elephant in the room looking at the size of it!

Does that sticker on the stem say 'rejected'. Also the sticker on the top tube appears to my old eyes to say 'supplied by' something cycles?. Not sure that would be the case with team bikes.

My guess is that the sticker says Inspected. I think I've seen similar stickers on other bikes.

I haven't seen a Dynatech frame that curves upwards before though. What's the point of that?

It’s an odd looking frame but if you look at the detail probably is a Raleigh Dyna-tech based of some sort. It’s got some similarities with an Dyna-Tech Ogre - the rear brake bridge; top of the seat stays, cable stops, forks, the later style of Dyna-Tech/M-Trax bonded lug. That’s definitely a Campag headset which seems out of place with the rest of the kit.
Anyone else turn the photo upside down to see if it’s an inverted Dynacurve top tube?

I think the sticker on the stem says “inspected” and the top tube “built by xxxxx cycles”

I love a bit of bike sleuthing and guess work!
