Any thoughts on this Carlton bike with roller-cam brakes?

Year, model, quality etc?

The thing with roller-cams is that I believe the mounts need to be specifically located and I've only seen them on mtb (I'm no expert on road bikes)

Spreadmaster do look similar from the front but look at these groom the side...

Will have to have another think :) BITD you could order frames with Capella lugs, Flyer for example

I've just noticed that the brakes are centrally mounted rather than on bosses.

New one on me.
 
The brakes still ring a bell but still thinking, the pedals have black cages which is good news. Anything stamped on the pedal cages. KKT?
