Lagoon Blue color has a great deal of yellow mixed into the color. It's not just a very light blue. I don't have the numbers in front of me but when i computed the color using a digital camera and linear algebra on the RGB photographed values, I came up with something like 20% yellow color. I recently visited Sherwin Williams Automotive in California but we could not get something close enough to lagoon blue to make it worth mixing - none of the color chips came anywhere close!
