Looking at it, your cable routing is different... may be a different year. The mech looks similar though, I think the originals were all suntour.

Yes just saw that. Mine routes under the frame. I may just route it the same as yours and add an outer. Merry Christmas anyway

Ah, you fed the outer through the wrong way by the looks - copy my image and should work.... ATB.

Yep, doubt it would work without a correct length locked-in outer. good luck!
