What sort of grease is up to what you read into various reports on the www.

I used copperslip grease, no issues this far.

I had a Look carbon post seizi in sn alloy frame.... luckily managed to wiggle it out after a lot of effort and time.

I now put a smear of carbon paste, not only does it help with gripping the post so the seatpost clamp needs less torque plus ig is supposed to stop seizure ..... dunno if the last part is true.
