Very nice Project! Wonder if you would have more use of some 950 V's instead m900 cantis?

I do have some V's. But if I go away from canti I will use some very tricked out Hydraulic rim brakes.

Ok its been a while. I have been steadily collecting parts for this. Today I have ordered pretty much everything I need to finish it.
This is my 2019 XC race bike.

It's been done a million times with Ti builds for good reason. The key word is contrast.

Any colour hanging off of a Ti frame that isn'nt black is....errmmmh....... awkward. More than
three colours is like blowing wind and ruffling feathers.

The challange is to find all matt black bits or or all gloss black bits, :xmas-wink:

I usually stick to 5 colours or less. I don't like black, far too boring.

Anyway, some of my bits where delivered today and they are a fetching grey colour. Photos in a minute....

It is going to be a resto mod as I intend to use this one hard. I want it light, reliable and have easy to find parts should I break something.

The brakes are a bit more in-keeping with the retro theme. I commented last year I may go for a trick hydro set up. I had no idea what that actually would be at the time but a couple of months ago I bought some brakes from Ben and they certainly are 'trick'
I will get some photos of them when I get a chance, they are tucked away at the moment.

So there is a bit of a red theme with this build.

Some bits turned up from the S-works peoples today.

Quite a light seat.
