Doing a drivetrain swap on my 1996 cannondale super v 900, but can’t seem to find a good crankset that matches my bike.
I’ve currently got a pair of coda 300 cranks
(So if anyone wants to swap for an equivalent value crankset I’m game)
The best crankset I’ve found are a pair of red hope single speed ones, even though I’m looking for 3 speed. Sadly hope cranks are worth their weight in gold
. Most sram cranksets are single speed at the moment or very expensive (sram crankset is preferred because the drivetrain swap I’m doing is sram). Shimano cranks are (kinda cheap, depending on the model)
And good looking, but to common.
So checklist initiated!
Cranks have to be

.unique looking
.not so expensive it could make me file for bankruptcy
.square taper
