Cannondale seatpost size

Recently purchased this cannondale. It has a seatpost with it but, it has a plastic shim in the frame.

I've read lots of websites saying the seatpost WITHOUT a shim for this frame would be 27.2 but I just want to be sure. Does anybody know?
