can you measure the top tube length, from (frame)seat clamp to stem, and from (saddle)seat clamp to centre of bars for me just to make sure of sizing in my head...
they just need setting up properly mate. Tried doing them myself and have no patience. They are fully adjustable so I have them dialled out as i mainly use it for the road so dont need masses amount of stopping power. Once dialled in then they rub but most definatly stop.
