Cannondale Pbone d fork

Good evening all.
I am wondering if anyone can help? can headshock P bone d forks lock out? I have a super v 400 and there is not lockout knob on the top.
i have attached a picture of the top of the forks.
Is there a way to lock them out without the cap?

From memory the headshok on the V400 was a simple fit and forget affair ie: no lockout. I think that facility came on the V700 upwards

Think ovlov440 might be right. From this site http://www.geocities.co.jp/Playtown-Dom ... per_v.html it seems like it might be a P-Bone M instead of the P-Bone D. Look here http://www.vintagecannondale.com/cannon ... dshok.html for info on the different Headshoks. The D had lockout but the M didn't.
