Picking up a Red M800 Monday with pepperoni, stem, headset and BB for 80 quid.
Does that sound like a fair deal? Usual scratches rubs etc.
Am thinking about building as OEM, unclear as to what the build sheet should be
Cheers

Highly depends upon what is "usual"* in your opinion. But if the paint damages are modest it sounds like a good deal.

Well chaps, she's in my possession, better shape than I was expecting.
Pics to follow shortly as I'm at work. Going to be a fun build.

Yep......my m1000 frame and pep fork cost me £50 three years ago....many miles including the turkey twizzler last month later and I still love it......no cracks, no fails, just lots of light, fat tubed, sticky out dropout, 1 1/4 loveliness!.... :D

Just ran the serial number, appears to be from April 1992, 518049263XX
Going to build as a Single Speed and have some fun for a bit, until I can source the parts
for the more original build.

Been missing my old Killer Vee SS Pub bike that I recently had to part with, So she'll be a good fit in the quiver. Been some time since I've had a red coloured bike. Very stiff, Very Fun. Just checked the original build in the catalog, hoping, fingers crossed I still may have a large portion of the bits needed to build her back into history.
