Sold Cannondale M800 Beast of the East BOTE £150

So is this bike splitting or is it the whole bike?

If so

Answer is probably no but does force 40 work without a mounting point on the rear, and is there a way I could anchor it to a frame?

Plus, do you have dimensions of the control tech seatpost?

Thanks 🙏

Hi mate
It’s the whole bike
The seat post is very short ! I’ll measure it in a bit.
I’ve no idea what force 40 is!!

Ah, right.

Force 40 is cannondales own cable hanger(?) that has a little mechanism inside that increases brake power by 40% hence the name,

Short is good, it’s full suspension so the shorter the better.

Thanks man I didn’t know that !
I find the brakes to work better and consistently than most others I’ve had!
I’ll measure the post tomorrow - it’s cold as a witch’s tit outside and I’ll make an attempt at entering the shed tomorrow !!

I’ll be happy to sell this for £175 minus postage.

Happy to help😛

I could drill a hole in the brace of the swing-arm but I don’t want to do that.

And I have seen on eBay some crazy short CT posts (just as long as the logo!)

That bike just gets cheaper and cheaper!
I would only want the seatpost though, on the fence as it’s 1992 and budget is low

Not bad though, could talk one of my friends into buying it and secretly riding it😛

I’ll see…
