It's a 1992 Mountain 3.0 frame and Pepperoni Fork with the pre 1995 dropout style and a 1 1/4 inch headtube.

The CAD 3 frames from 1996 have a wishbone rear and a 1 1/8th inch headtube. The rigid versions used a fork called the P Bone which looks a bit like an Ali Project 2.
