Cannondale lefty fork 100mm

Recently acquired a 2008 Cannondale scalpel frame and would like to build it up with the lefty fork back on it.

I would also be interested in wheels to go with it if you have some.
Equally if you’ve got a whole bike with the lefty on it for a reasonable price I could be interested in that too!
