Wanted Cannondale Headshox stem

I'm after something with zero or very shallow rise an between 100-130mm long in black
The bike is circa 1998 and comparing it to the stem from my later F700SL it is a few millimeters deeper where it clamps the fork so I'd like one from that period ideally and without the 2 large holes in the fork clamping area.

I've got others but they are silver or 31.8 bar clamp so far
