Dirt Disciple
For sale is my beautiful rare cannondale delta v1000 frame size 19". I bought this bike from a man who bought it brand new in 1994 for £1700 and in that time it had only been ridden locally a hand full of times, never ever seen mud or rain therefore it still looked in as new condition.

I bought it as a project to build it up completely from scratch with modern parts as the old cannondale build quality is far superior to todays bikes they are putting out.

I have attached a photo of the bike when I bought it (the only thing I changed was a brand new set of tyres) so you can see the condition it was in when I bought it.(stunning)

Here is a list of the parts I have bought, they were all bought brand new I have all the receipts and boxes to prove this.

I think you will agree the bike is stunning, the bike has only been ridden on one short 10 minute ride to make sure everything works as it should and i have to say it is simply stunning to ride, the 2014 Magura HS33 rim brakes are awesome and will put any modern disc brakes to shame!!

The bike really has to be seen to be fully appreciated, I guarantee you wont see another like it!

For sale for £1100 or may swap or part ex for a nice full suspension bike

How come you ditched the headshok?
Is that available with the bike?

They are lovely framesets.

I took it off and sold it as I was limited to stem choices with the head shock being 1.5 inch and really I wanted a rigid Bike, the forks I have put on are 465 mm in length so the bike remains same geometry and is even lighter now. originally I wanted a m series but when this came up for sale I had to have it !! I have never seen another in polished finish!!

Thanks Jason

p.s all the original parts I took off I sold

Looks pretty cool!! personally though (as much as I hate to say it) I do prefer the original setup a little bit more

+1

Bought my wife one of these a few years ago (with RC35s and Ringle hubs) but unfortunately it got nicked on High St Kensington. :x

Really sorry to hear that:mad: we have the same problem up here in the north east!! The scumbags up here think they are entitled to take anythin they want,
