hi all
i've just picked up a very nice cannondale cad3 team saeco replica
slight dent to top tube
any idea how to fix

this is top quality road bike
march 1999
cad3 frame,light as titanium,the official cannondale website suggests
slice carbon fibre forks
full shimano ultegra groupset
coda expert front and rear hubs
mavic cp26 red anodised rims
coda a-head stem
cinelli eubios bars
team saeco saddle

Cannondales are made from 6061 heat-treated alloy which means that repairs are very difficult - tube walls are very thin and any 'mechanical' repair is likely to crack the material. I would say for minimal risk, I'd use a body filler and local respray
