Cannondale Brake Boss tapping

Frame is just back from the powder coaters and I have a bit of paint in my threads. Does anybody know what size of tap I need to clean out the threads?

American frame so I'm guessing imperial. I've seen somewhere it's 5/16" X 18tpi. Does this sound right?
