Hi all, no interest so far so I'll drop down to £200, I need this out of my shed so Ebay, Facebook listed soon.
Ruddy.

I sold mine on ebay recently, similar condition to yours. It went for £37. I'd advise against auction in the current market. (Thankfully I've scored a few bargains myself in the actions)

Apart from the price mine went for (which was silly), I think £250 is a fair price and what the bike's worth.
