The frame measures 56.5CM which is XL or 22" The serial is 52009903608 which would work out like this? 5 | 20 | 0990 | 3608 5: dropout 135mm 20: 20" frame 0990: built sept 1990 3606: sequence number (what?) What am I missing. Attachments Screenshot 2024-08-21 at 10-45-17 Vintage Cannondale – Serial Numbers & Information VintageCan...png 108.2 KB · Views: 2

bikeworkshop Senior Retro Guru Aug 21, 2024 #6 Sequence number is the production run, so yours is no 3606. I don't know if this is just for frame size 20, or all sizes of the model - maybe an expert in these numbers will clarify, but it's far better info than 99% frame numbers give you!
