D daccordimark Senior Retro Guru Feedback View Sep 8, 2013 #2 Generally speaking the cogs on a 6 speed freewheel are too far apart but theoretically you could use Campag 8 speed Ergos on a Suntour Ultra 6 speed freewheel with a Campg 8 speed rear mech. Never tried it though. Mark.

P pigman Old School Grand Master Sep 9, 2013 #4 i have successfully used campag 8 speed ergos with a full shimano 6 speed back end. It worked faultlessly and I'm a fussy bugger with stuff like that.
