On this bike the best advice I would offer is, it is not worth a great deal so don't overspend or you will be spending money you will not recover.
Personally if keeping it then do it up with kit you want on it for yourself but keep the kit you take off to put back on if you sell but if selling is your goal straight away then I would just clean it, adjust everything and move it on
