Campione Corsa Sportivo - Any Help??

Dirt Disciple
Hi All,

Picked the below bike up locally from ebay for £22 (seemed a bargain, even with limited info).

Groupset is full 105, with downtube indexed shifters and is in really great condition.

However i cant seem to find out much about the frame itself....it seems to be of good construction, 531, nice lug work, two braze on for bottles, braze on for front derailer with columbus drop outs.

does anyone know anything about this builder? (bike seems to have been originally purchased from Ridge Racing in Bournemouth

Cheers

Re:

Sounds Italian but I don't think it is due to the Reynolds decal. Whats the the bottom bracket threading? English or Italian? Cracking bargain by the way.

Re:

I thought it could possibly be english masqurading as Italian too. BB is english thread.

Unusual how little info there is out there on this brand

Late reply, but as it may be of aid to someone somewhere, I have a bike labelled as such, which also carries the name of a bike shop: Boeijen's Sport.

Think you need to do a lot of weeding there.........

Pitty... but "Campione" is not a cycle brand. It is a brand of decals. For the after market. Just like the ones from "Record"
