Campagnolo compatible spindles

Hello,

Ii acquired a set of scruffy Triomphe pedals on email today. These appeared to be a snip at £26 and actually cleaned up nicely.

However the axles/spindles are very stiff/crunchy (despite a claim they were 'great' by the seller.

Are there any third party parts (spindles/races) that I can use to repair the pedals?

Have you had them apart yet? If not, it may just be a case of old hard grease. Take them apart and clean them and grease them. If there is pitting then think about new bits then.

Agreed with the above, likely just need a repack. But to answer the original question I am pretty confident that there are no after market spindles for Triomphe. On the other hand I have been somewhat successful sourcing spares from other Campagnolo groups. Never tried pedal spindles only spares like bolts, derailleur hangers and pulleys.


I used to buy the Nuovo Valentino rear mechs just to get a set of pulleys for a Record Mech, now the Valentions are worth just as much....
