I was reading that the switch from campagnolo cassette on newer hub body is not possible but i was hoping that mich cassette should be able to do the trick?
The problem is the swap from steel on 8 speed hubs to aluminium. The later ones have deeper splines to stop the cogs from cutting into the aluminium. This will be a problem with ANY 8 speed cassette.
The solution if you want to run 8 speeds on a later hub is to break up a 9 or 10 speed cassette for its cogs (they are the same thickness) and re-use the 8 speed spacers.
