Sold Campagnolo 10spd Centaur ergo shifters plus F&R mechs £49

How would you operate a 14 speed hub with 2x10 campy?
I don't like the rohloff shifter, but as it's dual pull, I don't think I've seen a decent alternative. Used to be those using drops had to fit a horrible twist grip on the top of the bar

You remove the index plate so it’s a free moving shifter and use the up shift paddle on each lever. You need the gebla rohbox instead of the standard external gearbox through.
