Looks to me like they could be reproductions. Their shape looks a bit different to the hoods I've got, although that could be distortion in the photos.
AFAIK original world hoods should be made from natural rubber; the type that goes dark and hard and crumbles, quite quickly if exposed to sunlight.
The later Campa shield hoods that are made from synthetic rubber, like all modern hoods, are much more durable and stays soft, and do not crumble. Although I do have a pair of shield hoods that are made from natural rubber and they are drying out and getting hard now.
