Campag hub identification

Hi, can anybody help as to the type of campagnolo hub on the following listing please? It is advertised as a c-record from the 70s, but I wonder if it is a cheaper model?

Winged campag logo with no clip covering an oil hole = Nuovo Tipo and not C-Record IMHO

Have a trawl around velobase.

I think I would probably agree with Shaun. The axle nuts etc. also don't look like C-Record quality. Was C-Record around in the 70's? It was still 'ordinary' Record then I think.

Looks very like Nuovo Tipo to me. I'm pretty certain there was no C Record in the 70s, and this isn't C Record.
