Campag C-Record Delta prices

How much do you think I should be looking to pay for a steel framed bike with full C-Record Delta Groupset in good, but not excellent condition? The brake calipers on their own seem to go for close to £200 on Ebay at the moment.

price it up as if you were buying the frame and parts individually then knock off about 30% for the whole bike price.

Depends on which "steel framed bike" you are talking about. The engraved C-Record derailleurs and cranks are more costly than the others (stamped?).

I ended up doing a mix of Campy parts on my Mondonico build.

I like your idea of buying a complete bike.

As long as I know C-record goupsets go for £600-£1000 depending on conditions. As for the whole bike, it really depends on the frame you want to get. For less thas £ 900.00 you can get this one which seems to be a nice frame with good specs (some odd parts, though):

Right, I am going to go for it. Hopefully will have the bike by Fri, then will post a couple of pics.

P.S. Raleigh 653 Castorama frame and forks will have to go to make way for this one - not the run of the mill replica though this one, it has internal cable, cinelli lugs and bottom bracket and Campagnolo ends (the mass produced Raleigh 653's were Gipemme ends, cables routed externally etc
