Calton bike identification help please

I have two numbers from the bottom Bracket
V4024
And
10337
Possibly 103379? Last No '9'. is faint , (or I may be just imagining I can see it.)

I bought this bike in the mid 70s second hand , trying to get an age ( and possibly value if anyone is looking to restore a Retro Calton )

For some reason I cannot attach photos using the paperclip !

I have taken lots of photos ,however ,as a new member I am apparently restricted to post text for now on this site .( probationary period?)

I contacted the lad I bought it off when we were 15 ( now on our 60s) and he said his dads garage took it in lieu of payment
That was in the 60s he said .
