Can't decide which tyres for my Klein Pulse Comp (1996):

Butterscotch (that tyre is a Maxxis)
or
Skin wall (Ritchey)

What do you think?

I would personally go with the Ritchey. I think the more understated look goes best with that frame.

hmm, maybe a bit to much butterscotch indeed.....

this pic is with tioga tyres, these look a bit lighter than the maxxis

I swapped the wheels here as well (previous pic is with yellow cross ride, these black crossmax)

guess the skin walls look better indeed, I should fit the rear skin wall tyre as well probably, to make a better comparison

I tend to think butterscotch tyres look better with light-coloured frames, so skinwall...

I have one of those that the paint used to fall off in sheets. Did the quality of the finishes vary that much?
