as part of my job I have to check the Supply2.Gov website for business opportunities, (recruitment for me unfortunately) but I came across this today which will be a great opportunity for an enterprising person/shop/importer from the industry. The good thing is the ODA have a policy of using SME's, so there is a good chance that it won't just go to Madison.....
Perhaps Retrobike should become a Ltd company and tender ourselves?
