Bunch of old Shimano stuff Dura Ace, 600

Here's more vintage road stuff I got from a buddy of mine. this time it's Shimano time.
1) Dura Ace EA 100 (I think) front derailleur. Tatty looking but still works. 28.6 clamp (somebody filed some material away look at the pics), bottom pull.NOW 20$ plus shipping.
2) Dura Ace 7200 rear derailleur. This one is in a pretty nice condition, no missing parts, pulleys spin nicely, best condition of the bunch.SOLD
3) Dura Ace 7200 rear derailleur. This one is in similar condition but there are some parts missing: mounting bolt, cable tension screw, stopping screws and cable clamping screw.NOW 15$ plus shipping.
4) Dura Ace aluminum locking nut for 1" headset (it's a hand adjust one instead of the usual hex nut).NOW 5$ plus shipping.
5) Shimano 600 front and rear derailleur. Good working order (the lower pulley on the FD needs replacing). Front derailleur is braze-on style.NOW 15$ plus shipping
Look at the pictures, there are more pictures on request. I'm not a road bike expert so what you see is what you get, some prices can be negotiable.

Would you sell just the 600 braze on front derailleur on its own? how much would it be + shipping to uk? would take the lock nut as well if you can put it in the parcel for no extra postage!
