Bulk cable supplies

Hi, where is the best source of gear and brake cables, preferably with the outers on a roll rather than in measured lengths?

I'd like decent quality but not too fancy. I always seem to have run out when I come to messing with gears & brakes, and eBay has so much choice as to be confusing.
