Building site guessing game.

Hi.I was just checking out the bile park at the building site where I'm working and found a couple of retro beauties.
The first is a 94ish Trek 8000 with the bonded frame construction which looks to be about 95% origonal.
The second is a bit of a mystery.
It has no makers markings but the spec is as follows.
16" canti only frame.very squashed (ovalised) top tube.head/down tube gusset.on top of top tube cables.sid sl's.xtr mechs and rear v.hope mini frnt.easton ct2 post .
any idears ?

None of those.
The ovalised top tube is "ringing bells" with me but I just can`t remember where from.
I`ll loiter around the Bile Park and try to catch the owner tomorrow.
