Bottom bracket
Crank & single speed chainset
wheels & tyres

I've got a really cheap pair of wheels if you're doing it on a budget. Alesa rims, not sure of the hubs. £16 posted and I'd chuck in a tube or two if I've got any spare.

Here is what i've got:

4.
Sugino chain ring, 110 BCD, 46t, silver, 19€ plus shipping.

13.
Shimano STI break/shifter unit LX ST-M565, only right side, 8 speed, some plastic is missing. 10€ plus shipping.

16.
One set (2 pair) of Shimano Deore DX cantilever brakes, BR-M650. 20€ plus shipping.

Pics in my for sale thread.

Cheers,

Adam

got some diacompe v brakes and xt levers going for £22 if your not confined to cantis,

specialized 5 arms cranks and a variety of 42 tooth rings to fit also depending on what ratio your looking for

could work out a deal as im hussling to get a build finished in time for mayhem.

also have some lovely bluewall ritchey tyres ;)

what width BB shell is it, 68mm or 73mm? I have a few of each in decent nick, approx £5-7

pair of silver 1991 Shimano 110bcd cranks, £13

an unramped 36 tooth 110bcd ring, £7

no single speed bolts sorry

some newly white 104 bcd powder coated 4 bolt alloy cranks, £12

a variety of 104 bcd rings to fit the above (mostly 42 tooth so you'll prolly want a large rear cog - can chuck a few an old cassette in whatever sizes you like to get you started), £5-15 + a white powdercoated 104bcd bashring, £10

NOS STX cantis, £12 - and a set of cheap alloy cantis as well, £6

purple canti brake levers + a few purple bits to match (valve caps, bolts), £16 the lot

super retro Lee Chi 4 finger canti brake levers, £10

some cheapo Shimano alloy canti brake levers with shifter mounts hacked off, £4

some green ano brake boosters if you wanna go down that route (plus valve caps, bolts, 2 crimps and lock-on grips to match ie green ano), £12 + bit more for rest

and various single speed freehub spacers, 1/8" cogs, lockrings, 1/8" chains, £?

As Charlie said  a really good deal to be had if you buy a bundle! And tons of free advice too ;)

ps single speed bolts can be made out of normal double outer bolts by grinding the nut (female part) down by 1mm or two

pps, added some prices to my original reply, and I have more bits that I can't remember exactly in the spares box! Buy a few bits and post is cheaper as are the bits

parts

Cheers for free advice too and loads of lovely parts..

Unfortunately not clued up as to what it all means and what they look like so some pics would help if poss :?:

Have wheels now..
