now do i build ? im 30 do i need a DH bike ? currently riding xc stuff

or do i sell it (got a shock coming ) and then buy something xc ?

I dunno. That's one of my all time favourite bikes so id have to be in the do it camp but may not be worth it for you?

i am in the same boat as you apart from almost being 42 now and got my self a trek ex8 frame with no shock. :facepalm: :facepalm: :facepalm:

and i am thinking can i afford to build it or just sell on? :?: :?:

i have no idea tbh if i build i know in my heart that i wont ride it like my lobo it will sit there and get left alone

I got an EX8 frame when I was 41 and am very glad I did, fantastic frame and I really enjoyed riding it till a few weeks ago.

Ah we'll might as well build it so first of need some black boxers or 888 ? Cheap / karma
Hope dh4 brakes cheap / karma
Wheels 150 mm bolt through 20 mm front cheap/ karma
