I've been using these for courier related stuff but they're surplus to requirements now...

Front wheel is a black specialized BX23 rim on 1991 Deore LX hub, originally off a Rockhopper Comp of the same era. Silver wheelsmith spokes, one has a little bit of a bend for some reason but it's never been an issue.

Rear wheel is a newer Mavic 717 with black DT spokes and Black Deore hub, it will run a 8/9 speed cassette but currently has a 7 speed version with a spacer. Cassette will be included, it's a bit worn now but still works okay.

Both wheels run true enough (maybe a bit of runout on the rear if i'm being picky) and have good bearings. Sidewalls feel good with no real concaving issues :)

£30 for the pair collected from London or £40 posted? Paypal gift or bank transfer will be most cool

Ummm...good question :?

Front wheel - quite light, light enough to do wheelies
Back wheel, = bit heavier, due to the cassette

Seriously though, I will try to weigh them when I have a moment, they're just sat in the office at work right now!

i desperately need a 717xc to make a pair (rear too!)
pm'd and second dibs pleeeeeaaaasssee
