Are there no copper rivets at the rear of the professional ?

Yes large copper rivets @ rear of the brown Professional per the description....

I honestly thought that was leather covering the rivets, anyway I am torn, this or a Rolls, I have had a Rolls in the 80s and it was the best saddle I have ever had, yet once broken in Brooks are supposedly the best.....decisions, as I have never had a Brooks

The rivets support/fasten & hold the leather to the saddle frame...this Professional is stamped "pre-softened" which can save a bit of breaking in for your backside...not the lightest of saddles compared to Flites or even a Rolls, but I know what I'd prefer for a full on day here in hilly Scotland...
