I really regret selling my Lotus frame now. I actually coudn't believe just how light the frame and fork were!

Super lite bikes as well at 21 pounds for that age in 1992 - I love the super over size tubes of these British Eagle Lotus bikes The Boss was the same as well

Yeah I remember them, thought they looked pretty cool at the time...

Didn't British Eagle make an alu/carbon bike as well, where the main tubes were raw carbon, bonded into the alu? A mate of mine had one BITD and it was sooooooo light.

Yup, it was an Alan frame badged British Eagle. One went on Ebay recently for £200+, it was a really nice bike. I just looked for the link but couldn't find it...

Since one has made its way to my place as a frame in the form of an e-stay
Does anyone in the past 5 year come across some nice catalogues they could scan*, preferably the estay version
I remember my best friend having one for a while.
