North Devon.
New series. Clare Balding follows in the tracks of author and bicycle fan Harold Briercliffe, embarking on a cross-country journey to experience the thrills of 1950s-style cycling. She begins her route in North Devon, visiting Lynmouth and the nearby village of Lynton, before heading to Woody Bay. The presenter concludes her trip with stops at the silver mines of Combe Martin and the seaside town of Ilfracombe

Now that could be an interesting watch- have to remember it

Plus, it seems that Robbie Coltranes, very excellent, 'B-Road Britain' is being repeated on one of the satellite/cable channels this week
(sorry, can't remember which one)

Looks like the bike was hauled out of the van and propped up as background at each location...
The fillum an hour later about camping was good though! :D

She is fit (not fit looking) for a big girl so jury out on that one. After the camping prog was the drama Nuts In May which was hilarious.
