Very very good condition for an used frame - only some minor paint chips - no chain scuff - no dent - I tried to shoot all the imperfections - stickers are dry but it's the same quality problem and all Breezer frame...

Hello. I'm very interested in your Breezer, but is the seat tube from center of the bottom bracket to the very top of the tube really just 380mm long? Or is it 380mm from center to center? Would be great if you could clarify for me. Thank you very much and greetings to France!
