Brake lever components

Hi all,
I'm after some help, I'm looking to design and make some compression moulded carbon brake levers (perch and blade).
I'm struggling to find barrel adjusters in stainless or brass (aluminium is a no go due to galvanic corosion).
Also, I can't find any drum holders (hinged bracket the ferruled end sits in on the blade) anywhere as a spare part.
I think I've managed to get hold of everything else I need to draw something up, so if anyone has any ideas where I could get the other components, I would be eternally grateful!
Many thanks, Andy

I've thought about an integral drum holder, but worried about wear. I guess I could have an insert though.
I wonder how effective those inline adjusters would be, whether they'd have enough adjustment? Any experience with them? Cheers, Andy

Can't you anodise or plate aluminium alloy adjusters?
Then inspect yearly and replace if necessary
No cycle part lasts for ever, and Cables are consumable after all.

Many brakes have an adjuster at the caliper, so @KermitGKona88 suggestion of no lever adjuster might not even need an inline option.

All very good points.
I don't know that anodising would inhibit galvanic corrosion, and I hadn't considered plating aluminium as I'm not sure that's readily available as a service.
But you are correct, I could just treat the adjusters as consumables.
I'd have to see how that goes, as galvanic corrosion between carbon fibre and aluminium is a quick process (relatively speaking).

Quick and horrible.😬
Threads in composite are a bit horrible too.

I think you'd be best using adjusters elsewhere on the bike.
Simplify the lever - less is more!😎

If your brakes are correctly adjusted before you ride, you dont need to adjust on the fly anyway

Not so sure bicycle brakes were meant to be adjusted on the fly anyway. Adjusters are way to small.

Inline adjusters meant for motorcycle carburetors are aluminum and just the right size.
