Presumably it needs to pretty closely match that example? I have plenty of ones from 70s Weinmann brakes, but they have smaller adjuster rings. I could give you a matching pair, though?

Of course, they are this type:



They should work fine as long as you need the round threaded type (not with one side flattened), which yours looks like. Happy to post them as karma.
