Boulder Gazelle Flyer

Haven't seen these on the site. I had the flyer posted to me BITD. I was thinking of buying one :shock:

There are a few dotted about here on RB. Well, kinda.... You see the Gazelle was re-named the Defiant after the first year of production. Early Defiants like mine are the same bar the decals. Great looking bikes and I should be able to tell you in the next few days how they ride, as finally, mine is nearing completion.

Was the Gazelle name dropped for legal reasons? Something I seem to remember from BITD??

Boulder had to change the name to Defiant because Raleigh owned the rights to the name Gazelle and threatened to sue.

Pop it in the gallery. We post loads of stuff in the forums that never make it to the gallery, and it can then be a bugger to find.

i think it was because of the dutch bike brand Gazelle
